the minutes of the 2011 Annual General Meeting
- Receive
the Chairman's Report
- Receive
and adopt the Accounts and Report of the Council for
the year to 31st December 2011
- Election
of Council Members in accordance with Articles 66,
67 and 74
- Approve
the resolution to adopt the amended Articles of Association
as presented at this General Meeting and previously
circulated to all members.
- Appoint
Collett Hulance, Chartered Accountants of 40 Kimbolton
Road, Bedford, MK40 2NR as the Reporting Accountants
for the coming year.
