The Crew of H.M.A R101

Welcome to the crew members who served on His Majesty's Airship R. 101.

The intention is to compile a full "Who Was Who" of the crew members. From our records we have been able to compile the following information derived from one of the only photographs of the crew together, donated kindly by AHT member Trevor Monk. As you can see some of the information is missing, and this is not the full crew of the final and tragic flight of the R101. Visitors to this page are invited to correct mistakes, fill in the blanks and supply better quality pictures and/or fuller biographies of these and other RAW and AGC personnel. From some of the "official" press flight information which was sourced from the National Archives, we have expanded the information on each crew member as part of an ongoing research project to present as much information online. If you have any information then please contact the Webmaster
